This is an original idea of mine (have you every seen one before?) and also a series i suppose. I am currently free to do a couple of these for anyone who is interested..

This is a clients calculated birthchart. All planets,houses and signs are right on canvas, then i made her a few symbols of personal power and put those on the canvas, so that she can refer to them later. I did the portrait with her in my presence. The poem was one of my own personal poems that she particularily loved and asked me to put that on the canvas as well.

These astrological reports on canvas are brilliant, in my opinion. I hope most know that color is representative of certain 'bases', notes, or ranges of vibrations. These vibrations of coarse ressonate and we respond to that within the concious and the subconcious mind. The highlight of this ressonance that occurs seems to be made or connected to 'past' or familar vibratory experiances....

People used to do beautifully illuminated astrological charts for royality, but there few and far between, this is defintely a more post modernist rather then a medival spin on it. So ya id say its contemporey..What i did like about this, was the cogs, asthough some crazy ether engineer and astrological mechanic got together and made a machine to follow the planets alighments.

the cogs are an idea that i found interesting as well. --Some people are more mechanical then others, most find. Thank you. Also i am interested in those illuminated birthcharts of 'rpyalty' that you mentioned. Is there any chance you know where to find photos of these? Or even remakes i suppose if they exist.
